Simple Creamy Coleslaw ~ yes, it's that simple!
1 med. cabbage
1 med. carrot
1 sm. shallot
Shred cabbage and carrot to medium or fine consistency. Finely dice shallot.
Buttermilk Dressing
1 cup mayo
1 cup buttermilk
2 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar*
2 Tbsp. sugar*
1 tsp. pepper
½ tsp. garlic powder
Salt
Whisk Ingredients together. Combine with shredded cabbage, carrots, and shallots. Chill until ready to serve. Serves 8 – 10
